Question Re: Xtrain Legs & Rear Delts

Hello Cathe & SNM,

I have a question about Legs & Rear Delts and Chest, Back & Shoulder's. Would you risk over-training if you did both workouts during the same week? Of course, allowing sufficient rest between both workouts. I've never worked shoulder's & rear delts separately, so I would like to train safely.

The Xtrain clips look wonderful BTW! Can't wait to get started!
