Pardon my ignorance, but . . .
Is there a difference when performing the overhead press with palms facing forward (dumbbells OR barbell) versus palms facing each other? Does one hand position work the middle deltiod and the other work the anterior delt, or does each position work both, or what?
I'm used to doing side lateral raises to work the middle delt and front dumbbell raises (palms down or palms up) to work the anterior delt, and I'm getting a little bored. Does the overhead press work the anterior delt at all, or only the middle?
