Question on Ab Hits

I am brand new to Cathe so I'm sorry if this sounds like a dumb question. I was wondering why the label on Ab Hits doesn't match the menu options. The label lists much shorter workouts than the menu does. Can someone explain this to me?

The reason for the discrepancy is that Ab Hits is a compilation DVD that brings together the ab routines from the early Cathe videos up until and including those in the "Slow and Heavy" and "Power Hour" videos. You can do the routines listed on the back separately (just do to the chapter menu), but the DVD contains the longer routines as several "premixes" that combine 2 different, shorter routines into one longer and more challenging one.

Hi - thanks for the response but I guess I'm still too new to understand. So what I should be doing is going to chapters and selecting the workouts from there? Will they more closely match the names and times on the label? Sometimes I just want to do under 10 minutes not the 14 or 15 listed on the menu. I've already exhausted the under 10 minute workouts listed. I wanted to explore the ones listed on the label first but according to the menu they are much longer than the label. I'm sorry to be a pain!

Know pain here either!:7 And to answer your question, yes, if you go to chapters and select the individual routines, then the names and times will match those listed on the back.
Don't worry, you'll be an old pro at Cathe's menus in no time, lol!
