Question on 1RM for a few exercises

I'm working on my 1RM but not sure how to count the reps for the Standing Barbell front press 21's. What is considered one rep? You do 7 reps on top half, 7 reps on the bottom half and then 7 full. If you do that is that considered one rep?

On the static low end lunge 3/1 count- I considered that one rep. Hopefully that was right.

Also with the back lunge it's down slow for 4 counts and then 10 partial reps. How do we count the reps for that. Do we just count the partial reps?

If anyone could help me on that one it would be greatly appreciated.
