was there ever a time that you were afraid of lifting heavy and thought that you would get to muscular for your liking? If so when was that and how did you overcome that thought?
Hi Kariev! Getting more muscular is not a quick process. You see your results come gradually. So if I feel I am just right with a particular look I want, I maintain there by keeping my program somewhere right in that ball park. If you ever feel you are more muscular than what you want it is very easy to lose size by backing off of lifting either in intensity, frequency, and/or duration. I hope this helps.
