Question for you Low Carbers

I have lost weight in the past eating low carb and would like to try it again. I need to lose about 10-15 pounds. My question is what do you eat for breakfast? That is my hardest meal with low carb. I can't eat a lot of protein first thing in the morning as it makes me sick to my stomach. Any suggestions are appreciated.
 
Protein shake maybe, or a fruit smoothie if you are not too strict with your carbs. I think I skipped breakfast or had some cheese since I don't like traditional breakfast foods at all.

Sorry can't be of more help. I did however lose 16.5 pounds in 17 days doing Induction so you could be at or below your goal in no time flat!!:)
 
Usually I have a protein shake (Optimum Nutrition Whey mixed with Hood Carb-Control Milk). That equates to 6 net carbs. Sometimes I'll have a low-carb yogurt (Hood Carb-Control Yogurt or Blue Bunny Carb Freedom) with ground flax seed sprinkled in. Neither of these breakfasts are recommended if you are in the Induction phase.

When I did Induction, I usually had eggs for breakfast (scrambled or hard boiled). Sometimes I'd just grab a slice of string cheese and some sliced turkey breast.
 
I eat an egg Frittata for breakfast.

Eggs beaten with a tbsp of water, S&P to taste. I add a few pieces of sweet red pepper. Spray fry pan with PAM, pour mixture and when bottom is cooked, put under the broiler until brown to finish.

I make a big one on Sunday and then cut into portions for the rest of the week. I love it.

About mid morning I also have a protein drink.
