Question for those that work one body part per day

I'm thinking of trying a rotation of working one (or two)body part per day. I usually have only an hour per day to workout, sometimes a little more. Does someone have a rotation that uses all Cathe vids and does the one (or two) body part per day plus cardio in about an hour? I also run and have a stairmaster, so that can be used for the cardio also.

Any help or links to other posts would be very appreciated.

Thanks!

If you have only about an hour/day I would recommend the CTX series. There is one tape for each day of the week plus a rest day. With the exception of the leg workout, each tape has a warmup, cardio and then an upper body workout that focuses on a single muscle group. Each workout is about an hour. You can also sub the upper body workouts with another upper body workout, for ex. CTX triceps can be subbed with PUB triceps or Gym Style triceps etc. I work out 1 to 2 parts per day and frequently use more than one workout to work that body part.

I wanted to do this and Cathe suggested following the May rotation and use the Slow & Heavy parts for the actual exercises. I figured all of the times out last night. Slow & Heavy - 1 body part averages about 30 minutes, so if you do that and 30 minutes of cardio, you'll be good. The only problem is that you may need to cut your aerobics 10 minutes short to fit in the Coremax (unless you have extra time). This is the rotation I'm doing and I'm using Legs & Glutes from Body Blast for legs as suggested by Cathe, as I want to lean out, define and cut my legs.

I hope this helps.
