question for those of you that have worn the same makeup foundation for years

For those women that have worn the same brand of makeup foundation. Have you alway's worn the same shade or do you find as you get older you have to change the shade of your foundation? Also anyone using bare minerals foundation, what ratings do you give it? Thanks!

I've worn foundation by MAC for years. The shade changes for me depending on the time of year. Even thought I wear sunscreen, my foundation shade is darker in the summer and lighter in the winter (I live in Michigan).

I used Bare Minerals for a while. It doesn't give enough coverage for me. My face has a lot of age spots and redness. I'm using Laura Mercier silk creme. I'm planning on trying Mac foundation Matchmaster soon.

Laura Mercier is okay. I don't want my face color to look different from my neck. That is why I want to try Mac Matchmaster. When I was in my early 40s, I used Prescriptives custom foundation and my face looked so good. I hate they pulled out of retail. I have been searching for a great foundation ever since.
