Hi Debbie,

I'm looking to slim down while gaining upper body and improving lower body muscle definition. What video rotation would you recommend? Below are the following Cathe videos I own. Thanks so much! :)

You have a lot of good ones. I would suggest the Gym Style workouts. Chest & Tri's, Back, Shoulders & Biceps, Legs and Muscle Max. All are excellent workouts to build and define.
