Cathlete
I have been reading the Cathe forums for a couple of months now and just decided to join to be able to participate in the posting.
I see that a lot of people ask you questions, get your advice, etc. I've read a lot of your responses and it appears you really "know your stuff." So if you would be so kind as to help me out, but only if you have the time.
I am in my mid-forties and have 4 children - 2 of them are toddlers. With my schedule it is hard to have more than 45 - 60 minutes a day to workout. I have been doing Cathe workouts for about 6 months and have 3/4's of them so I am in pretty decent shape except for the 10 pounds that I've yet to lose from my 1 1/2 year old.
At this point, what should I be concentrating on - finding more time, which with my situation is probably impossible or should I be doing more weights than cardio, circuit training, or weights twice a week and cardio the other days? And what would be the optimal length of time that my workouts should be to get my desired results?
Thanks so much.
