question for debbie on circuit workouts

Debbie - thanks for all you do for this website. You are a wealth of information. Just curious what your opinion is on circuit workouts vs all cardio/all strength work outs. Also - what do you think is the minimum cardo necessary each week. It seems like a lot of rotations only have 2 per week. Thanks for any guidance here.
 
Depends on what your goals are. If building muscle is your goal, then no, circuit work isn't the way to go. If being lean and more toned then muscular is your goal, then yes, circuit work is the way to go.

Same with cardio. If you are building muscle, a maximum of 2 cardio workouts a week is good. If you are leaning and toning then you should do more.
