question for customer support: I would like a refund

It makes me uncomfortable to pay for something 6 months in advance. I wrote to customer support 10 days ago requesting a refund or information on the exact ship date of my order. I did not get a reply from customer support. I didn't even get the customary automated response. I hear customer support is a little behind. Who do I need to call to get a refund.

Are you sure? If you cancel now (ever so close to them being delivered), you'll have to pay alot more for them in the future. What if you read great reviews and have some regret? Just some food for thought...it's your money, of course. ;)
