Question for current STS bars owners….

If you already have & use the STS 2 bars, have you used just one bar individually to do pull-ups &/or chinups and if so, does it work ok and is one bar sturdy enough to do this?

ETA: What I am asking about is not having the two bars hooked together with the
stabilizer connector…TIA
 
And for those who do multi-level pushups on them... how many levels can you adjust them to? Are they stable enough to just use one bar without attaching the 2nd?

Also, what kind of core work do you use them for?

ETA: Do you use the STS bars as a substitute for the FitTower in the FitTower Advanced workouts? How do you compensate for when Cathe lowers the bar to about 12-18" off the floor?

YouTube to the rescue... there are lots of instructional videos and workouts using "equalizer " bars. Lots of ideas, some helpful, some kinda dumb. I think it'd be cool for another Cathe workout to do a circuit type (cardio & strength) featuring the bars. I know, I know .. we don't have Lift, Move & Restore yet .... I'm just thinking ahead .... :)
