Hello Cathe and Ladies,
Iam new to Cathe's video's and this forum.
But like all of you, I feel Cathe is by far the best instructor. She really delivers, she knows exactly what a women wants in a workout.
I especially love Boot Camp and Legs and Glutes. This is where my problem comes in. I have been doing some research on shredding the legs. I have found that doing your legs once a week opposed to the M_W_F theory, is the way to go. If this is so, how do I incorporate, Legs and Glutes and Boot camp? Cathe I know you really don't like to give advice on nutrition " because you are not a nutritionist". But being an instructor, and highly knowledgable in this area.
What is your opinion on this theory? How often do you weight train your legs? What advice could you give me, to incorporate these to video's and possibly Gym legs and slow and heavy as well as many of your other's? I really enjoy your workout I look forward to them. They are challenging, and I love a challenge. That's why I love your workouts. Please, like alot of these ladies, the muscle is there, but the definition is being blocked by that stubborn layer of fat. I do eat clean, Iam running 4-5 days a wk also doing your workouts 5-6 days a week. So my conclusion is, the weight workout. I need to get over this hump. So Iam seeking your knowledge, to set me on the right path.
Thank you
