question for Cathe

Hi Cathe,
I've been using your videos for 4 months now and I absolutely LOVE them! I had forgot what it was like to have fun while working out. I feel at least 10 years younger!!! I already have most of your video library and intend to buy the new 6 pack very soon.
Just one question. I have been crunched for time lately and was curious if it is still effective to do the PS series (just one body part per day). I looked thru past threads and noticed that someone had asked this before and you told them that "it is not as effective as doing the entire video at once". One body part per day suits my schedule so perfectly. I am looking to build some strength but mainly to become firm. I am not trying to become very defined (not at this time). Will doing one body part per day be effective enough to give me results?

By the way, my four year old son has been pushing the step out of the closet, popping in your videos, and going to work. It is so cute! I wish you could see it.

Thanks,
Lisa

Pure Strength videos

Hi Lisa,
I sometimes do the PS series in the way that you mentioned-one body part per day. That way I can be finished in 15 minutes or less. So, I'm interested in this question also.

Hi Lisa!

Yes, you will still get some benefits by doing the PS tapes as a one body part per day method but not as great as a result as if you did the tape in its entirety. All of the exercises in the PS tapes are based on the fatigue related to the previous exercises. So the last body part on the tape may not be hit in the same way that it would be hit if it were done as an intentional workout designed as a one body part per day method. So for now you can do PS separated but I think you should consider converting over to the Xpress tape single body part routines as soon as you can.
