Question for Cathe - Need help getting back on track...

Hi Cathe -

I broke my foot 6 months ago and during that time, I've been pretty inactive until I started therapy two months ago. I just ended therapy and I'm just a few degrees shy of having complete range of motion back in my foot. I've have my Doctor's approval in starting a fitness routine again but I need help. Can you help me with a rotation and tips on getting back on track?

The DVD's I have are:

Gym styles chest, shoulders and legs

Stretch Max
Complete Body Blast Series
Complete Intensity Series
Ab Hits
CTX
Circuit Max + Cardio Kicks
