Hey, Cathe! I'm a newbie to your workouts but not to exercise (12years). I too am turning 40 in March. My question regards the 'intensity debates.' One woman swears she slimmed down and got better results when she didn't lift so heavy and lowered intensity during aerobics to stay in her aerobic zone and burn more fat. Others have said the heavier the weight the better. Still others say its about cardio at the highest intensity possible. Aren't we all built differently? I'm just curious about your input. How do we determine what works best for our bodies to help us be as fit as possible? Thanks in advance for your help and keep the great workouts coming.
