question about where to submit a story

I have a very long, inspirational story to tell about my journey with Cathe. I won a success story submission a few years ago but my path has taken me to places that I never thought I would go since that time. I truly think Cathe would love to hear my story but I'm not sure where to send it or submit it so she can read it. Any thoughts? TIA
