Hi Cathe! I am a little confused about the amount that you use in the videos. Say for example in pyramid lower body you say you are using (30,35,40). Does that mean total weight or just on one side?
So are you lifting (30,35,40) or (60,70,80)??
I know this may be a weird question but the reason I am asking is because your barbell looks waaay more loaded than mine with 40lbs.
