I am considering purchasing the Timesaver DVDs and wonder if these include a lot of cardio and also if any equipment, besides a step, are needed, such as a stability ball. Thanks for any advise you can give me.
Each timesaver workout includes anywhere from 16 minutes to 24 minutes cardio excluding the warmup, you will need a stability ball, barbell and dumbells for the strength segments. All of the bonus segments are in the strength parts of the workouts.
