Question about the Oprah post....

Someone had mentioned doing 4 strength days, 2 upper and 2 lower. Since I didnt see the show I was wondering if those 2 upper days were both total body days or something more like the split on Cathe's PS? And for legs, was one a standing day, the other floor?? Maybe the show didnt even go into that much detail, but I was just curious.

The lady on the show said she did two upper days and two lower days. She didn't go into any detail about working the legs (standing or floor). The only exercises they showed her doing were chest press and then an abdominal exercise (I think bicycle crunches, but I could be wrong). They also showed her swimming and playing basketball, so it's obvious she leads a pretty active lifestyle. HTH, Heather
