Someone had mentioned doing 4 strength days, 2 upper and 2 lower. Since I didnt see the show I was wondering if those 2 upper days were both total body days or something more like the split on Cathe's PS? And for legs, was one a standing day, the other floor?? Maybe the show didnt even go into that much detail, but I was just curious.
