Question About The May Rotation (for the experienced crew)

Hi everyone,

Would you kindly explain to me the benefits of training one body part per day? I'm trying to plan my May rotation and since I don't do well without following a DVD (ADD girl here), I'm planning on using my Body Blast Timesaver DVD and the CTX DVD (both of which are new to me). Also, if I want to work out for an hour a day versus 45 minutes, do you suggest repeating the weight work a second time for a better workout? I also want to make sure I'll continue to make gains in my fitness level doing this routine. Also, which workout are you not supposed to do after the Leaner Legs on CTX due to too much leg work?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

One more thing I need -- Does anyone know where that thread is that explains about all of the series and their purposes? I had it printed out but I lost it.

Thanks,
Lora

I am not an expert here but I usually take a rest day the day after LL when I do that series, and I do them in the order that they are in the package. It comes with 2 DVDs I think and I start with the first one and go all the way through, do LL then rest.

I would like to see the page that describes each series also. I personally use this series to get leaner and not build. Upper Split is all of the upper body exercises on one segment you can use it to work two body parts per day if you like.

Hope that helps you a little bit.
