Question about the Body Blast Series: Timesaver DVD

Hello Everyone,

I have a question about this DVD. There's a segment where Cathe and the girls are dressed all in black and I can't figure out if that segment was part of a stand alone DVD or just an added piece?

That segment looks like a workout I would want but can't find where it came from. Does anyone know the answer?

If I recall, there are some segments in this DVD that are original and not used in any other DVDs. They may have been shot for the BBS but then not used until she compiled Timesaver.
