I have the Terminator and don't recall that being an option. It's basically the workout (which itself is a premix), the chapter menu, and the mix n match menu. If you know the layouts of these 3 workouts its fairly easy to just hit the 'next' button on your DVD and skip the non-cardio stuff. That's what I do sometimes with the Gauntlet - I skip the upper body and just do the cardio and legs, or just the cardio only. It's got a great mix of IMax2 and Bootcamp cardio segments.
