Question about summer training program (topic#35285)

Dear Cathe,

Hi, you devised a summer workout program for another member that looks really intriguing, but I have a few questions. In week # 2 and 3, you say to do an hour of strength training, 4 days a week, 2 body parts per session. On the 4th day are you supposed to do a total body workout so that all body parts are worked twice, or will you only work certain body parts twice? I hate to seem dense, but I don't see how this works out unless you do 3 days , or do a 4th day of total body. Also, after you "rest" and start the rest of the program,(i.e. Slow and Heavy first 3 weeks and Pure strength the next 3 weeks), are you supposed to do 3 days of weight training, i.e the strength tapes each once,(3 times per week),or are you supposed to do 6 days of strength training and do each tape in each series twice per week. Thanks so much if you are willing to "clear" my mind for me.
