After I complete the STS Total Body DVD, I want to do the Super Set Section. The problem is I have to go back to the main menu and page through all the chapters until I get to the end. Has anyone figured out how to go directly to the Super Set Section immediately after completing the regular portion of the DVD? I was hoping it would be a Pre Mix selection but no luck!
