Question about rotations...

Hi Cathe,
I hope you had a nice holiday! I was wondering, how do you make up the rotations? I have many of your videos and try to make up my own rotations. These past few days, however, I noticed that maybe if I follow a more structured pattern in the workouts I might benefit more.... What do you think?

I'd love to hear what Cathe says about this because I'd also like to start figuring out my own rotations based on the DVDs I own.
