Question about push pull tower

I have some questions about the tower that if this has already been answered I apologize.

First, what will the price be for the tower in the fall? The preorder price of $129 is that a discount price?

Second, will the tower be available to purchase at stores that currently sell Cathe fitness products this fall? (like walmart online, Dicks sporting goods etc.)

Trying to figure out if I should buy now and pay the shipping or wait to purchase this fall at a local store.
