Question about Plyo Legs

OK, I am following the 3 1/2 month with squat rack and I wanted to know if anyone else who is following this adding the plyo legs for there cardio day but using light weights? I am thinking of adding this on some cardio days. TIA:)
 
I am definitely considering this. I love heavy leg work so I definitely want to go with that option, but I tried plyo legs and love it!! I can't choose!
 
I am doing the 3 1/2 month rotation also, and I like to work my legs 2x week. So one day I'm using the regular scheduled leg workout, and then the second day is a plyo day.

After I'm done with my STS rotation, I'm returning to my trainer who mentioned that as I begin to train for a competition in October, she'll want me to do plyo work 3x week, so doing it now once a week will get me ready for the more intensive stuff.
 
what is plyo legs? is that part of STS?

L sass, what kind of plyo work do you do to train?
