First, thanks for answering my bulky post!

My question is would you suggest combining the weights from the six pack with the same muscle group section from the PS series if we wanted additional exercises? I noticed on another post that you said you personally workout for a longer period of time when doing one part a day.

I am sure the exercises on the new tapes will be sufficient but if we WANT to do more, would adding PS in sections be ideal?? I would personally be inclined to do the cardio from the six pack in the a.m. and then do the weighted work as mentioned above in the evening. If I did not add PS, then I would probably do the tape all at once as you have designed it.

PS My husband wants to know if you'll be vacuuming for his entertainment this year on the Cathe Cam in October??
