Question about Muscle Max

I have been following Cathe's Gym Styles and I really want to get Muscle Max to hit the muscles one more time a week. I am wondering if I should purchase the digital download or the DVD. Are the premixes on the Muscle Max DVD worth waiting for or should I go with the download, which the impatient side of me likes because I get it immediately? ;)
 
I do Muscle Max as is when I am doing a cardio-heavy rotation (I am doing Insanity currently) but want to do a full-body about once a week to keep my muscles in somewhat good shape. However, when I am committing to do doing 2 or 3 day splits, such as Gym Styles, then I tend to use the upper and lower body premixes to hit the those muscles groups a second time in a week. It works well for me. I really like the premixes on that DVD!

Excellent premixes on that DVD - you can do total body, just upper, just lower, etc. It's like getting about 5 workouts on one disc. MuscleMax is actually one of my favorites. Do it!!
