question about LM "blasts"

I just love the blast premix of LM. Is there any other Cathe DVD that has similar "blasts"? Thanks, Mari

Yes and no!

IMAX2 (I think) and IMAX3 have "blast only" premixes, BUT the blasts are very high impact (vs. the high intensity/low impact blasts of Low Max).

Thank you Kathryn, that's too bad. I was hoping for some more low impact stuff.
