Question about IMAX2 blasts

Hello Cathe,

I am curious about the blasts in the IMAX2 workout.

To me, the 9th cycle is the most difficult. I am wondering why you chose to put it at the end of the workout when we are the most tired and not more in the middle of the workout when most likely, we would have some reserved energy.

It's a great workout either way, but I was just wondering.

obviously not the "Great Cathe" here but... I wonder if Cathe wanted to make sure our muscles were really as warm as can be to avoid injury during blast 9?
 
You know, I thought of that too, but I wonder what kind of muscle is more "injury-prone" - a moderately warmed-up one, or a completely fatigued one?
