QUESTION ABOUT IMAX

Is the abduct repeater move where the leg is raised slightly behind, as you go up the step, in a controlled manner ? And then you go back down to floor level and repeat again ? What a great idea, and it will be good for my butt too ! Thanks Jennifer Ann !

I think you've got it. Basically it's the same move as the power 7 without the foot that's on the step jumping, i.e. it just stays on the step.

Hi Anna,

This is exactly how I modify Power 3's/7's/15's (God love 'em!). You can still really feel the work in the leg which is on the step, but without the impact. I find my heartrate doesn't drop at all with this modification, particularly if you really use your arms and bend both legs into the movement, almost like a quick "demi-lunge-squat" - great for the butt & thighs!!.
