Question about Gym Style Premixes

BAM

Cathlete
I'm thinking of getting the Gym Style series very soon and was wondering if you still get a good workout from the premixes. On GS for back, shoulders, & biceps, there is a premix for bi's and back only and I'm wondering if the other premix hits all shoulders too.

I would also like to know if the premixes for "Legs" & "Triceps and Chest" give you a good workout also.

Thanks for your response. :)

I prefer the Timesaver premix on the chest and tris to the as-produced version as I can go heavier and feel the as-produced has a bit too much chest work for my liking. The bis, back, and shoulder workout is great. I do that one as produced, but their is a timesaver version that includes all three muscle groups. The bis and back timesaver is actually interesting - you work back, then bis, then back, then bis, etc.

The timesaver premixes on Gymstyle Legs feature one workout that's just standing work and one that's both standing and floor work.

Thanks so much Jillybean. Your info has helped me a lot! It's getting me more excited to get these DVD's. I'm really, really looking forward to them now! Thanks again. :)
