Hi All:
I have basic question about rotations. I have read that the body adjusts to exercise every 6-8 so it is better to do a 6-8 week rotation and then change so the body doesn't get too comfortable.
However, I always do rotations in one week at a time. I always have 3-5 different weeks designed and then I do them in a row. For example, I'll do Cathe's IS one week , then a FitPrime rotation another week, then a rotatation with CTX and S&H the next and then maybe start over again. I find I NEVER get bored, my body never seems to adjust and I get to do all my favorites all the time.
Is there anything wrong with doing rotations like this? Pros or cons? I'd like to hear it -
Thanks for all the great info I get on this forum. I'm a "lurker" but I do pipe in now and again
