Question about filming workouts

Hi Cathe,

From the BB and HC series, I see that you typically spend one day filming each workout. So, how many times during that day would you actually do the workout, or parts of it? And if you are doing strength training or interval blasts repeatedly, how do you keep your energy levels up so that your form remains so good? I watch you doing the bicep work in Muscle Endurance, for example, and imagine that this is probably the third time that day you've done it, which impresses me a great deal. You and the crew always have such great form. Thanks for being such a high quality and highly motivating instructor!

Can I add to the question??? I have been wondering forever about your weight selections for the workout videos. I always assumed that you went down in weight while filming so you could talk and "pump" at the same time without losing your breathe. My question is, are my assumptioins correct? Would you normally do the workouts using a bit more weight that what you do on the videos?
