Question about dvd rotation

Hello everyone! I have a question specifically for Cathe, but maybe others know as well...I am currently doing the "Fat Burning" dvd rotation schedule, and have a question about week one, Monday. It says to do CTX Upper Body. Which body part is it referring to? Hopefully not every one! Any comments?

Yep, it's every single one! It's a good workout in an evil sort of way :)

Oh, I didn't realize it would only be an hour...I was thinking more along the lines of 1 1/2-2 hours! Still, working ALL the upper body parts at once must be a challenge, huh? I've never done that before. Usually I work back and chest one day, shoulders and tris the next, etc.
