Question about defective DVD

I've had the CTX DVD for a few months. Well tonight, I found a major glitch in disk no2 (the one with Leaner Legs). I've played the disk quite a bit, but had never noticed this (because I had never played this part of the disk before... the kicbox workout). Has this ever happened to you? Also was SNM able to replace it??

I'm really really disappointed because I love the CTX series, and don't want to have to buy the whole set again for one defective DVD (especially that I was planning on buying the PS series in November...)

I don't have any DVD's, but my understanding from the website is that, unlike the videos, the DVD's are guaranteed for life and if defective, will be replaced by SNM at any time. I have just read this on printed Cathe order form here at my home, so contact SNM and they'll take care of it for you.
