Right now I work out six days a week for about 90 min. I have done this for over a year and grown quite acutomed to it. My problem is that I may be returning to school while I homechool my three kids, I really want to cut back but still achieve the same results. Question#1 How many take two rest days with good results. Question#2 If I cut back to say six days for 60 min how would you break that up as far as cardio and weights. Right now I do weights 3 of the six day with two session of 60 min cardio. On the weight training days I also do 30 min of cardio. Do you think if I cut out that extra cardio at the end of the weight days it will have a negative effect at this point. I really don't want to lose any weight I just want to maintain but don't know if I can without doing the same thing I have done forever. Any reply to help would be appreciated. Karen
