question about changing the calender

When I set up my calender, I did it with the intention of following the weight AND cardio 3 month rotation, but now I've decided to do my own cardio.
I started STS today.....(WOW! I LOVED IT !!!!:eek::eek:) can I still change it and how do I do that ??

Also, I wrote down all my actual weights and reps on my workout card......now is the idea to put it all into the calender ??

Hi Becky-

Go into the rotations section of the workout manager and follow the steps to delete a rotation....edit/delete rotation, next, downloaded rotation, next, select the rotation to delete, then hit delete.

Then go and download the STS rotation that does not have the cardio options in it and load it into your calendar like you did before. Make sure to check the start date is set for today. You can then add in dvd cardio as part of the rotation or add cardio workouts through the calendar day by day.

After you load the new rotation you can go add your actual weights and reps on your workout card by clicking on the day and using the edit workout feature.

There may be other ways to do it, but that is how I have deleted and added as I play around with the calendar.
