My sister is looking for a starting exercise program - something she can do at home about 3 days a week and is fairly well rounded. She doesn't really need to lose weight, but she does need to tone. A friend told her about The Firm. She called me to ask me about it while she was at Target, and I told her I've heard good things. But they did not have the set at that Target. However, they did have Cathe's set. She ended up getting that one. I'm more familar with what Cathe offers - and it's a pretty good deal. But I know she's looking for a no-brainer program and the The Firm has a 3 day a week schedule. Is anyone familar with both sets to be able to give me an opinion about which one she should go with?
