I did BodyMax for the 1st time last week and I think it's an awesome workout. Although the upper body segment seems quite thorough, I found that I was so exhausted by the cardio/lower body combo that I couldn't go very heavy at all with my weights on the lower body. Also, the lower body segment w/weights seemed very short.
My question: Where does this tape fit into your rotations? I'm doing an MIS (1 day lower MIS/cardio alternated with upper body MIS/cardio for total of MIS 3x week) rotation right now and plan on doing this for 8 weeks. Just having a confusing time trying to figure out how to put BodyMax into my future and/or current rotations. Could BodyMax be used in combination with an MIS or PH or PS rotation, 1 time per week? example: each PS tape 1x a week with BodyMax 1 time a week on a Saturday perhaps?
I'm just curious as to how everyone puts this tape into their own (strength or endurance) rotations. Any help is much appreciated.
