question about bc/me combo

Is this the combo listed at the bottom of the weight plate on the screen? or is it one of the other premixes. I looked at the premixes but since I am not familiar with either workout I wasn't sure which combo you guys were talking about (the one that was incredibly hard!!)
I actually started the bonus yesterday morning. I had just enough time to do it before an appointment. But my son called me from school ( he forgot his instrument) ....so I had to stop about 10 minutes in. Never got back to it because I had a big exam last night, and I needed to get to studying. (Probably more info than needed...sorry)
I think I did well on my exam though.

It's the one listed at the bottom of the weight plate, hope you ace'd the exam. Get ready to work when you do this one!
 
Once the feeling returns to all of your extremities after the workout, please post your thoughts!

Well, I didn't get to do the workout. I was playing kickball with my son and I hurt my calf. I figured doing HI cardio drills from boot camp was not a good idea. So I did just muscle endurance. SOOOO many reps. And just when you thought the leg portion was over, she does another round!?!? Abs were tough too.
But it was a good workout. Hopefully next week I can do the combo.
