Question about Basic Step and Cardio & Weights DVD

I saw the Basic Step and Cardio & weights dvd and I was wondering if the Cardio & Weights section is the actual one being sold here with Imax 2.

Yes, it is the same, but it does not contain any premixes. This dvd came with my club step when I bought it. Cardio and Weights is an excellent DVD and if new to Cathe Step a very doable one - with practice. I am to the point where I want to order the C & W with IMAX 2 so I can have the premixes as well.
