Not Cathe, but I would consider this to be an endurance workout. Many of the exercises use no weight, but boy, do you still feel it! The closest older workout would be Leaner Legs. I do this workout once a week and have not seen improvement like this in a long time, both in the way my butt and legs look and in the way they fatigue much more slowly in all my other workouts. I feel my form has improved in these other workouts as well.
This marked improvement has surprised me because I'm a classic ecto with long, thin limbs and usually need to use heavier weights to see improvement.
