My youngest DS (14) is doing some PT for his knee - he's had a few monor issues with it over the yrs from soccer so we are trying to get & keep it strong. Really like his PT, nice guy who seems to know his stuff. My question is on the standing quad stretch. I have always been under the impression that you use the same arm/leg on this. I noticed my ds using the opposite & when I corrected him he said that's what PT told him. Asked PT today & he said yes you use opposite hand to hold the leg you are stretching.
