I have just ordered her Interval Express, Strength Express, and Awesome Intervals. Can anyone tell me more about these? I have been doing the Intensity series--the blast for 10 weeks, have lost 13 pounds, and love it, but I am afraid I will get bored if I just keep doing only the Blast. Soo--if anyone can tell me about these videos--are they as rigorous as they sound? Will they provide me with some needed variation to the Intensity series? Thanks!!
