pyrimid's or gym styles?

I'm wanting to purchase either "pyrimid upper and lower body" or the "gym styles". In your opinions, which is best or more effective for building muscle? I already have MM and ME and enjoy both. I'm sort of leaning towards the "pyrimid" w/o's. Any thoughts?
 
I have all the Gym Styles and the Pyramid workouts as well and I find myself gravitating to the Pyramid workouts more. I find I get more sore from them because I really push myself and fatigue the muscle more. I do like both workouts and wouldn't want to get rid of either.

I love the gymstyles, I think they are great for strength gains. I also love the music and use of bands. I like pyramids also but I don't do them as much especially PLB because I don't like to change my barbell every couple minutes. You can't go wrong with whatever one you choose.
 
I have both, but I really like Pyramid Upper Body best. I find it challenging and less boring than some weight work. And, although I do like GS, I prefer being able to do all my upper body work in under an hour.

I don't really do the Lower Body one, since I have Leaner Legs and B&G.
