Sorry if this has already been discussed, but I couldn't seem to find it. I have been using the GS series for a few months now and, although I LOVE these videos, I need a bit more variety and want to try either S&H or PUB/PLB. I've read postings that S&H tends to increase muscle mass, which I wouldn't mind in the arms but don't need too much in my legs. How do these videos compare in terms of actual strength gains as well as developing more definition. Which would best complement the GS series?
